{"id":1726,"date":"2021-09-26T04:48:46","date_gmt":"2021-09-26T04:48:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/newskyvn.com\/?post_type=product&#038;p=1726"},"modified":"2021-09-26T04:50:09","modified_gmt":"2021-09-26T04:50:09","slug":"1650cc","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/newskyvn.com\/en\/product\/1650cc\/","title":{"rendered":"1650CC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<h3>Overview<\/h3>\n<div class=\"text\">\n<p>PID controller and measurement of carbon potential in metal heat treatment applications.<br \/>\nThe direct connection of the zirconium oxide probes, the efficient algorithm for percentage of carbon calculation inside the furnace combined with a precise PID control, provides a safe and compact control solution even for critical applications.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Single \/ Dual loop PID controller<\/strong><br \/>\nThanks to the third analog input, in addition to the temperature and mV signals required for zirconia probe management, the 1650CC controller is able to control both the Carbon Potential control loop and the furnace temperature control loop.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Embedded Zirconia proble cleaning Burnoff sequence<\/strong><br \/>\nThe zirconium oxygen probe is a particularly sensitive sensor and due to its installation inside a furnace with a carbon-rich atmosphere, after several hours of operation, it needs cyclic cleaning sequences to remove material deposition on the measuring element, a problem that can cause an error in the measurement of the carbon percentage or reduce the average life of the probe.<br \/>\nFor this purpose, the PID controller automatically manages the timed cleaning sequence, also handling the status of the calculated values, which must remain frozen during the cleaning phase.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zirconia probe diagnostics<\/strong><br \/>\nProbe diagnostics, useful to verify and ensure the correct functionality of the measurement sensor.
