In the morning of April 8, in Ho Chi Minh City, the Vietnam Automation Association (VAA) cooperated with Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City to open the 6th Scientific Conference and Exhibition on Control and Automation. (VCCA 2021).<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Attending were members of the Party Central Committee: Huynh Thanh Dat, Minister of Science and Technology; Phan Van Mai, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City.<\/p>\n

The 6th Scientific Conference and Exhibition on Control and Automation will take place in 2 days 8 and 9\/4 with 3 main activities to connect and effectively exploit the link between managers, Scientists and Entrepreneurs. These are Scientific Conferences, International Exhibitions and Business Forums.<\/p>\n

At the opening session, Dr. Nguyen Quan, former Minister of Science and Technology, Chairman of the Vietnam Automation Association said that this year, despite being heavily affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, the conference Science and the 6th Exhibition on Control and Automation is still the largest scale ever with 138 scientific reports from research institutes, universities and enterprises. The scientific forum attracted businesses to participate with 5 sessions: Smart City Digital transformation in manufacturing enterprises; Smart agriculture; Renewable Energy and Entrepreneurship, Innovation. Along with that, there are exhibition booths introducing technology products of successful businesses, creative units and applications.<\/p>\n

Speaking at the program, Minister of Science and Technology Huynh Thanh Dat assessed that, after 10 years of implementation, the Scientific Conference and International Exhibition on Control and Automation has clearly shaped as a major event. prestigious scientific forum in the field of control and automation.<\/p>\n

Highlighting the role of the field of control and automation in science and technology, Mr. Huynh Thanh Dat said that recently, the Prime Minister signed a Decision to promulgate a list of 99 technological products. High-tech products are prioritized for development investment, of which there are about 20 technological products in the field of automation and a list of 107 high-tech products that are encouraged for development investment, of which, there are about 30 products. in the field of automation.<\/p>\n
